Arlo was found in Baja after suffering a serious injury that led to the loss of one of his legs. Despite everything he had been through, his spirit never broke.
From the very beginning, he showed nothing but joy, curiosity, and a deep love for people. He quickly adapted to life on three legs — running, playing, and exploring like any other young pup.
In foster care, Arlo's personality truly came to life. He became known for his playful energy, his love for attention, and the way he would completely relax when someone gently rubbed his nose. He adored being around people, got along beautifully with other dogs, and brought happiness everywhere he went.
Arlo never saw himself as different. He chased, jumped, played, and even tried to climb onto the bed on his own. His resilience reminded everyone around him that dogs don't focus on what they've lost, only on how to keep going.
Today, Arlo is living his best life in Victoria, BC, where he has found a loving forever home. What once started as a story of survival has become one of joy, strength, and second chances.
