Mora was found, like so many dogs in Mexico, searching for food among the garbage. Alone and vulnerable, she was simply trying to survive.
She was rescued and given the care and safety she had never known. From that moment on, her life began to change.
In foster care, Mora showed her sweet and gentle nature. She quickly adapted, learning what it meant to feel safe, loved, and protected.
Today, Mora lives like a princess in Nanaimo, BC. She recently experienced snow for the very first time and now spends her days enjoying outdoor adventures with her new family.
And when the cold sets in, she's happiest curled up inside — warm and cozy, snuggled next to her humans. From surviving on the streets to living a life full of love, Mora's story is a true second chance.
